All sprites, sounds and names are properties of SNK PLAYMORE, I used them as fan art, I don't receive any benefit of this.
My conversion isn't as good as the real Athena Asamiya from KOF 2002, so if you want the real one, do as me and buy the game (I have it on PS2).

By the way, all coding belong to me, this include .def file, .air file, .cmd file and all cns files. So you can't use them without asking me before. If you do, you'll be considered as a thief by me and the whole MUGEN community.
