Button configuration :

Basic Moves :

Run
Hop Back
+ Roll forward
+ Roll back
Edge jump (during jump and near the edge screen)


Basic Attacks :


+ Renkantai (Chained kick)

A 2 hit attack.

+ Phoenix bomb (during jump)

Usefull when you're above your opponent.

+ Knockdown

Make your opponent fall.

+ Air knockdown (during jump)

Make your opponent fall.


Throws :


+ Bit Throw

Throw forward.

+ Psychic Throw

Throw backward.

+ or Psychic Shoot (during jump)

Air throw.


Specials :


+ Psycho ball

Smoother version of the Psycho Ball.

+ Psycho ball

Faster version of the Psycho Ball.

+ or Psycho reflector

Can reflect projectiles (but not in mugen :p).

+ or Psycho sword

An anti air attack.

+ or Psychic teleport

Allow to go closer the enemy or retreat fast.

+ or Phoenix arrow (during jump)

A diagonal fall attack towards the enemy, which finish a kick for the heavy version.


Hypers :


(x2) + or Phoenix Fang Arrow

Same as the Phoenix arrow with multiple attacks.

(x2) + or or + Shining crystal bit

2 psychic projectiles swirl around Athena to protect her.
You can escape this move by pressing the 4 buttons.

+ or Crystal shoot (during shining crystal bit)

A projectile which can go horizontaly or diagonally.
You can retard (for few seconds) the projectile by holding the button.

+ + Psycho9

This is the psycho9 starter.

Psycho9 combo (after Psycho9 first hit)

Here you can perform a multiple hit combo but that require a great timing.

+ or ATHENA clothes (after Psycho9 all hits)

Here you can perform a finish to the Psycho9.

+ or ATHENA Armour (after Psycho9 all hits)

Here you can perform a finish to the Psycho9.

+ or Psycho Soldier School Uniform (after Psycho9 all hits)

Here you can perform a finish to the Psycho9.

+ + + + or + HSDM (need to have less than 50% life)

Same as the Psycho9 but with a different ending.


Neo Athena mode : (to activate this mode you should choose palette with start button)


+ Knockdown

Make your opponent fall.

+ Air knockdown (during jump)

Make your opponent fall.

+ or Psycho shoot

Another Psycho Ball from older KOF, make your opponent fall.

+ Neo Psycho reflector

Can reflect projectiles (but not in mugen :p).

+ or Neo Psychic teleport
